An Online Practice, Built From the Ground Up

Zein Mindcare is the online therapy practice of Hunada Zein-Eddin, a licensed counselor offering bilingual English and Arabic therapy to clients in Virginia and Texas. She didn’t have a website yet. Over about six weeks we designed her logo, wrote and built a 19-page WordPress site, and set it up to be found on Google from launch day.

What Zein Mindcare Needed

Hunada was starting from nothing online. No website, no logo, no search presence. Just a clear idea of who she wanted to help and how.

Her practice has a few details that a generic site would bury. She works only online. She can only see clients in Virginia and Texas, because that’s where she’s licensed. She offers therapy in English and Arabic. And she offers more than one kind of help, from individual and couples therapy to ADHD and psychological assessments. All of that had to be clear without overwhelming someone who’s nervous about reaching out for the first time.

What We Built for Zein Mindcare

A 19-page WordPress site with its own brand, written from scratch, that says where Hunada works and who she helps in the first lines, and sends every consultation booking straight to her Headway account. We went through four rounds of revisions together, page by page, until it all felt like her.
