Why Organisations Choose Us

Built For Four Visitors Who All Want Different Things

A donor wants to know where the money goes. A volunteer wants to know what you’d actually ask of them. Someone who needs your help wants to know whether they qualify and how to ask. And a grant reviewer wants to know, in about ninety seconds, whether you’re a safe place to put their money.

Most nonprofit websites are built for one of those four and end up serving none of them properly. Ours are built so each one finds their answer within a screen without the other three getting in the way.

Trusted by People Nonprofits Hire to Win Grants Hired Us

Samoine Flanagan has helped more than 100 nonprofits get grant-ready and win funding. When she needed a website that would hold up to the same scrutiny she puts her own clients through, she came to us. GrantSmarts Consulting now ranks #1 on Google against their competitors.

Built For Mission-Driven Organisations

What a Nonprofit Website Needs That a Generic One Doesn't

Most designers build nonprofit sites the way they build small business sites, with a donate button added. That misses the thing that actually decides whether your website earns you anything.

Not all of this applies to every organisation. On the call we’ll tell you what would actually move things for you, and what you can safely ignore for now.

what we do

What A Nonprofit Website Has To Do To Work.

Structure Before Design

Before anything is drawn, we work out who your four audiences are, what each of them needs on the first screen, and which one you’re currently losing. That decides the site. Not a template.

Owned By Your Organisation, Not By Us

WordPress, on hosting in your organisation’s name, with your domain and email registered to you. Boards change, staff change, agencies change. Your website shouldn’t be something you’d have to negotiate to get back.

Every Word Written For You

One questionnaire and we write everything your programmes, your impact, your story, your FAQs. Written so a donor, a volunteer and a grant reviewer each get what they came for. You approve all of it.

Built To Be Kept Up To Date

A site nobody can update is a site that’s out of date within a year, and funders notice. You get a walkthrough call and short video guides made on your own site, so whoever’s there next can keep it current.
How We Work

What Working With Us Is Actually Like

You Deal With Junaet

Every call is with me. I run the discovery, I review the copy, I'm in your project channel. Nothing is handed to an account manager who wasn't on the first call.

A Studio of Three

Me, Tahmina on project and design support, Safayet on build. Small enough that nothing falls through, focused enough that nothing waits in a queue.

Built Around Your Time, Not Ours

One questionnaire, then three short reviews. Solo attorneys don't have hours for a website project, and the process is designed on that assumption.

You Approve Before We Build

Design comes first, page by page. Nothing gets developed until you've seen how it will look and said yes.

You Read Every Word Before It's Live

Copy goes to you for review, and on a legal site that review is not a formality. You know your jurisdiction; we don't. Nothing publishes until you've signed it off.

We'll Tell You If It's Not a Fit

If your money would be better spent getting the offer clear before it goes on a website, we'll say so on the call. Some coaches don't need a site yet. They need to know what they're selling.

How We Work With You

Small team, direct communication, no handoffs. Here’s what working with us actually looks like and how little we need from you.

We Start With a Conversation

A free 30-minute call, just you and me. I want to understand your practice and the clients you want more of before I say a word about websites. If what you need isn’t what we do, I’ll tell you that too.

We Do the Heavy Lifting
You fill in a questionnaire and answer a few questions. We handle the rest the sitemap, the copywriting, the SEO plan. In four years we’ve learned that practitioners don’t have time to write their own websites, so we stopped asking them to.
We Refine Until It's Right

You see the design, you tell us what’s off, we change it. Then again if needed. Clients tell us this is the part that surprises them that feedback is welcome rather than a nuisance.

We Don't Disappear
We launch, submit everything to Google, and train you with a call and video guides. Then we stay reachable. The most common thing our clients say is that we were still there when they needed us months later.
step by step

How Much Does a Nonprofit Website (Really) Cost?

A nonprofit website from us starts at $1,500 as a one-time project, or $500 a month with six months of SEO included. That covers the brand, the site, every word of copy, and the setup. Most one-time projects land between $1,500 and $2,000, depending on how many programme pages you need.

Website + Brand — from $1,500, one-time Full brand, up to 10 pages, all copywriting, donation and contact forms, plus domain, hosting and email for a year. About six weeks. A fixed number you can take to your board. See Website + Brand →

Website + SEO — $500/month, 6-month minimum Everything above, built to rank from the ground up, plus six months of SEO — programme content, Google Business Profile, citations, backlinks and monthly reporting. For organisations that need to be found, not just seen. See Website + SEO →

SEO Services — $300/month, 6-month minimum For organisations with a site they’re happy with that nobody’s finding. Starts with an audit — if it can’t realistically rank, we’ll tell you rather than take the money. See SEO Services →

A fixed price agreed before we start. No hourly billing, and no invoice that arrives bigger than the figure your board approved.

FAQ

Questions Nonprofits Ask Us About Website Design

Still have question? We’ve got you covered.Let’s clear things up for you.

How much does a nonprofit website cost?

Ours start at $1,500 as a one-time project, or $500 a month with six months of SEO included. That covers the brand, the site, all the copywriting and setup. Most one-time projects land between $1,500 and $2,000. You’ll get a fixed figure in writing before anything starts.

Not a separate one, the price is already built for small organisations rather than for agencies with a sales team, which is why it’s $1,500 rather than $15,000. If budget is genuinely the obstacle, say so on the call and we’ll talk about scope rather than pretend the number is flexible.

Indirectly, and more than most organisations expect. Funders and grant reviewers look you up before and while they assess you. A site that clearly states your programmes, outcomes, leadership and 501(c)(3) status supports the case you’re making on paper. An out-of-date one quietly undermines it.

Yes, and we’d set it up so giving takes about three taps on a phone with recurring donations offered by default, monthly donors are worth several times a one-off gift and most sites never ask.

That’s what it’s built for. WordPress with a page builder, plus a walkthrough call and short video guides recorded on your own site. Change a programme, add an event, update your annual report without a developer, and without it becoming one person’s private knowledge.

Nothing breaks. The site, the domain, the hosting account and the email are registered to your organisation, not to an individual and not to us. That’s deliberate websites tied to a former volunteer’s personal account are one of the most common problems in this sector.

About six weeks from your questionnaire to launch. Weeks one to three are discovery, brand direction and copywriting; weeks four and five are the build; week six is testing, launch and training. If a board needs to approve the design, build a little time in for that.

Yes. We’ve built for organisations in the US, UK, Ireland and Australia. Charity registration and transparency conventions differ by country, so we’ll ask what your regulator and your donors expect to see and build the site around that.
