Why Therapists Choose Us

Built For the Person Deciding Whether to Reach Out

Your website’s reader is rarely calm. They’ve been circling this for weeks. They have four tabs open with four therapists in them, and they’re deciding in about the time it takes to scroll one screen whether you feel safe to contact.

So we don’t design for other designers, and we don’t write for search engines. We write for that person plainly, warmly, with your fees where they can see them and booking one click away. Then we make sure they could find you in the first place.

Built For Private Practice

What a Therapy Website Needs That a Generic One Doesn't

Most web designers have never built for a private practice. So they miss the things that matter to your clients and a few of the things that could cause you a problem.
Not every practice needs all of this. On the call we’ll tell you which parts actually apply to you and which you can skip.
what we do

What A Therapy Website Has To Do To Work.

Strategy Before Design

Before anything is drawn, we map what your ideal client searches for, what they’re nervous about, and what makes them close the tab. The site gets built from that not from a template someone liked the look of.

Website development

Built On WordPress, Owned By You WordPress, hosted on an account in your name, with your domain and business email registered to you. Change your fees, add a specialism, swap a photo. Nothing switches off if you ever walk away.

Your Words, Written For You

One questionnaire, and we write every page your approach, your specialisms, your bio, your FAQs. In the language a client would use, not the language you’d use in supervision. You approve every word.

A Clear Path To the Discovery Call

Phone number visible on every screen, consultation terms stated before someone asks, and a contact form that works properly on a phone. Most family law enquiries are urgent. The site shouldn’t add a step.
How We Work

What Working With Us Is Actually Like

You Deal With Junaet

Every call is with me. I run the discovery, I review the copy, I'm in your project channel. Nothing is handed to an account manager who wasn't on the first call.

A Studio of Three

Me, Tahmina on project and design support, Safayet on build. Small enough that nothing falls through, focused enough that nothing waits in a queue.

Built Around Your Time, Not Ours

One questionnaire, then three short reviews. Solo attorneys don't have hours for a website project, and the process is designed on that assumption.

You Approve Before We Build

Design comes first, page by page. Nothing gets developed until you've seen how it will look and said yes.

You Read Every Word Before It's Live

Copy goes to you for review, and on a legal site that review is not a formality. You know your jurisdiction; we don't. Nothing publishes until you've signed it off.

We'll Tell You If It's Not a Fit

If your money would be better spent getting the offer clear before it goes on a website, we'll say so on the call. Some coaches don't need a site yet. They need to know what they're selling.

How We Work With You

Small team, direct communication, no handoffs. Here’s what working with us actually looks like and how little we need from you.

We Start With a Conversation

A free 30-minute call, just you and me. I want to understand your practice and the clients you want more of before I say a word about websites. If what you need isn’t what we do, I’ll tell you that too.

We Do the Heavy Lifting
You fill in a questionnaire and answer a few questions. We handle the rest the sitemap, the copywriting, the SEO plan. In four years we’ve learned that practitioners don’t have time to write their own websites, so we stopped asking them to.
We Refine Until It's Right

You see the design, you tell us what’s off, we change it. Then again if needed. Clients tell us this is the part that surprises them that feedback is welcome rather than a nuisance.

We Don't Disappear
We launch, submit everything to Google, and train you with a call and video guides. Then we stay reachable. The most common thing our clients say is that we were still there when they needed us months later.

How Much Does a Therapist Website (Really) Cost?

A therapist website from us starts at $1,500 as a one-time project, or $500 a month with six months of SEO included. That covers the brand, the site, all the copywriting and the setup. Most one-time projects land between $1,500 and $2,000, depending on how many pages you need.

Website + Brand — from $1,500, one-time Full brand, up to 10 pages, all copywriting, booking and forms, plus domain, hosting and business email for a year. About six weeks. For therapists who’ll handle their own marketing after. See Website + Brand →

Website + SEO — $500/month, 6-month minimum Everything above, built from the ground up to rank, plus six months of SEO — content, Google Business Profile, backlinks and monthly reporting. For therapists who want enquiries coming in. See Website + SEO →

SEO Services — $300/month, 6-month minimum For therapists who already have a site they’re happy with that nobody’s finding. Starts with an audit — if the site can’t realistically rank, we’ll tell you rather than take the money. See SEO Services →

FAQ

Questions Therapists Ask Us

The things that come up on almost every call. If yours isn’t here, ask me directly.

How much does a therapist website cost?

Ours start at $1,500 as a one-time project, or $500 a month with six months of SEO included. That covers the brand, the website, all the copywriting and the setup. Most one-time projects land between $1,500 and $2,000, depending on page count.

No. You fill in one questionnaire about your practice, your approach and who you work with, and we write every page from it, including your bio. You read it, tell us what doesn’t sound like you, and we rewrite. Copywriting is included, never an add-on.

About six weeks from your questionnaire to launch. Weeks one to three are discovery, brand direction and copywriting; weeks four and five are the build; week six is testing, launch and your training call. The only thing that usually slows it down is waiting on feedback.

We build with client privacy in mind, enquiry forms that don’t collect more than they need, analytics configured not to track individual visitors, and encrypted hosting. Full compliance depends on your whole setup, not just your website, so we’ll tell you honestly what the site covers and what it doesn’t.

Every site launches with on-page SEO, Search Console. Whether you rank depends on your area and your competition. Local search usually starts moving in three to four months, anyone promising page one in 30 days is guessing.

No WordPress only, on hosting in your own name. Builders are simpler to start on, but you’re renting the platform, and moving off one later usually means rebuilding from scratch. With WordPress, the site, the domain and the hosting account are yours from day one.

Nothing switches off. The website, the domain, the hosting account, the business email and everything we wrote stay yours, they were registered in your name from the start. Hand it to another designer or run it yourself. No lock-in, and nothing to buy back.

Yes. We’ve built for therapists and psychologists in the US, UK, Ireland and Australia. Time zones haven’t been a problem, calls are booked to suit you, and most of the work happens between calls in your private project channel.
